Robert is currently the Manager of Technical Services and Training with Weishaupt Corporation in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Laura joined Webster in May 2025 and has 30+ years of Treasury Management experience working with clients to enhance their Treasury Management services and grow their businesses. She is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) as well as a NASD FINRA Licensed Registered Representative. Laura is passionate about supporting women’s initiatives. Throughout her career Laura has worked on boards of Business Resource Groups as well as many women’s business organizations.

Sebastian Matasaru is a Director at Webster Bank. He has over 15 years of treasury experience. In his role at Webster, the focus has been on Regional Banking, Healthcare, and Law Firm clients. The goal is to optimize clients' treasury operations through strategic cash management, fraud prevention, and digital banking solutions.
